NZ couple separated from baby son, denied MIQ exemption.

Daniel Small and his wife got trapped on the opposite side of the Tasman to two-year-old Alistair when quarantine free travel with Australia was frozen in June.

Mr. Small and his wife are both vaccinated and pose no real threat to anyone, yet after 17-weeks separation from their son, face the prospect of not seeing their two-year-old for months yet.
